Return Policy

All returns must have a return authorization number. This number can be acquired from Dansr at 888.707.4455 .
All merchandise returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, must be authorized by DANSR and received in resalable condition. Resalable condition means that there are no price tags on the box, no hanging hooks on the packaging and the cellophane on Vandoren reed boxes and the tabs on Vandoren Flow Pack sleeves have not been broken. Mouthpieces must be in like new condition – no scratches or wear on the entire mouthpiece including logo, body and facing or shank. All box inserts and packaging must be intact.
Merchandise must be purchased directly from DANSR in order to be eligible for credit or replacement.
